The theatre I prefer is performance oriented. Theatrical. Something which couldn't be done better in film or on television. There's no way to get this on the web, you have to go to the theatre, and even there you may be disappointed.

However, plays are a sort of literary form as well, and you'll find several writing oriented links here, including three by me. Hopefully something of the performance orientation will come through, especially in The Rainbird's Daughter, and The Apple Kingdom.
